What you'll do:

• Student currently enrolled in an approved Respiratory Care program. Performs day-to-day respiratory care under the direct supervision of a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner. Duties include bronchial hygiene procedures, delivering medicines in accordance with physician orders, oxygen initiation and follow up. Works under the supervision of a senior therapist.

What you'll need for this job:

• High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education

• Completion of one semester of an accredited respiratory therapist program

• Must be in good standing in the respiratory care program

• Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education preferred

• Specify Degree(s): Respiratory Therapy

• CPR through the American Heart Association

• ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certified)
