Summary:Job Summary:

Reporting to the designated manager, assist with the outside operations and functions of one or more of the following departments: Dealer Consignment, Factory, Fleet/Lease, Commercial Accounts in accordance with corporate guidelines to ensure maximum dollar sales volume in the most profitable way possible. Perform all duties assigned by the designated manager. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times.

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1.Perform duties in compliance with all contractual customer agreements.
2.Working with an IPhone App, use AuctionTrac to scan inventory and record the movement of vehicles.
3.Assist in assuring the inventory is in the proper designated areas of the lot at all times.
4.Help with a physical inventory on a periodic basis.
5.Working from assigned list, locate, number and place vehicles not needing shop work on spot.
6.Flag vehicles, add final stickers, mark numbers on windshield and place on spot for the sale.
7.Determine or confirm mileage of vehicle for inside administrators. Perform physical verification of year, miles and VIN number of each vehicle before the sale.
8.If required, communicate with Shop and Operational Personnel to ensure an efficient flow of inventory from check in, to inspections, to inventory, to shops, to sale line until vehicle is checked out.
9.If shop work required, place initial stickers on vehicles for designated shops. Move vehicles requiring services from Mechanical Services Shop, Body Shop or Detail Shop to the proper staging areas at the required time. Assist in verifying units that need shop services are completed and are transported to their respective shops.
10. May take pictures of inoperable vehicles for the sale as needed (per customer request).
11. May Track missing units and assist transporters in locating vehicles.
12. May be responsible to locate redemption units upon request (becomes priority) and assist administrative staff to enable the vehicle to be released to the customer.
13. May Work on a PC and use AMS (Auction Management System) to look up information regarding designated vehicles.
14. May Work on a PC and VTrace to enter repair orders into the system.
15. Dealer Consignment Department: Using basic diagnostic skills, determine if a "no start" vehicle should be moved to the Mechanic Shop
16. Dealer Consignment Department: Using a hand-held device, may be responsible to create Live Block Listings
17. Sale Day: May be Responsible for operating gas dollies, lock out tools, or jump pack.
18. Sale Day: Assist with coordination of the sale line to ensure the line runs smoothly
19. Any other duties assigned by the designated manager.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

The physical activity requirements of the position are from Medium to Heavy Physical Work.

  • Constant standing, watching, touching and fingering, listening

  • Frequent walking, talking, reaching, feeling, grasping, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, crouching, lifting

  • Occasional climbing, balancing, crawling

  • Potential running, jumping, yelling, or other rapid or forceful movement in emergency situations

This position is subject to both inside and outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards, such as electrical current , moving mechanical parts, exposure to hot equipment and cleaning and pesticide chemicals; and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems, such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with internal and external service station/convenience food and petroleum dispensing operations.

VIEW JOBS 11/3/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-01T00:00 EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma or equivalent * Has previous experience as an effective coach in the assigned sport LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS: * Criminal background check required for hire * All Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) member school coaches of interscholastic activity programs who assume full responsibility for students under their direction at any level shall be either * A certified teacher or administrator holding a current license issued by the Colorado Department of Education; or * Employed as a teacher, counselor and or administrator at least 50% of the school day in a private school; or * A coach registered with the CHSAA. * Coaches not holding a CDE-issued teacher or administrator license can NOT be a current District non-exempt staff member and shall be registered with the CHSAA in one of the following capacities: * One-year Coaching Registration requested by a member school; or * A one-time renewal of the above one-year registration; or * Permanent Coaching Registration (applied for and held by individual coach). * All coaches must have CPR and Concussion Protocol training SUMMARY: Assist the head coach in instructing athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Provide instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence. The success of athletic programs has a strong influence on the community's image of the entire school system and the public exposure is a considerable responsibility. However, community/parent pressure to win must not override the objectives of good sportsmanship and good mental health for student participants. All coaching assignments will be for one school year and may or may not be renewed based on administrator recommendations and School Board approval. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist the head coach in various aspects of the sport-specific program. Supervise and monitor all sport-specific athletes and activities to ensure programs of high standards. 2. Conduct self in an appropriate professional manner at all times, serving as a role model for the other coaches and student athletes. 3. Work with the head coach to ensure that practice periods for the sport stay within the confines of the time specified by the Athletic Director and CHSAA. 4. Promote effective communication between schools and community by creating positive support for continued improvement of the programs. 5. Attend all sport-specific athletic practices and games. 6. Assist head coach during summer athletic camp activities to promote the sport. 7. Is responsible for the general upkeep, protection and inventory of equipment under his/her jurisdiction. 8. Be available to assist in preparing practice and game field/court for practices and games. 9. Communicate and adhere to training rules and other unique regulations of the sport to each athlete who is considered a participant. 10. Communicate quality, useful and valid information to the head coach so that he/she is able to provide accurate information to the district, community and media. 11. Maintain good public relations with news media, booster club, parents, officials, volunteers, fans, and opponents. 12. Maintain multiple communication avenues for parents of student athletes and effective conflict resolution strategies. 13. Assist head coach in paper work and filing of all appropriate documents. 14. Understand the proper administrative chain of command and refer all requests, concerns or grievances through the proper channels. 15. Perform other duties as assigned.
