Lost & Found Clerk - Luxor

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

It is the primary responsibility of the Lost and Found Clerk to answer phones, complete filing for the department, and process lost and found. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00

DAY-TO-DAY:

• You will assist in the filing of all lost and found and intake of any Security related reports

• Log, sort, store, and return all lost and found items to owners

• Aid in the preparation of lost and found items for shipping

• Pull and sort unclaimed items for charity

• Assist in locating owner of lost items

• Answer multi-line telephones and take messages for Security Department

• Help in the preparation of security/lost and found paperwork for records retention

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Highschool diploma, GED or equivalent

• On call availability, working varied shifts, including weekends & holidays

PREFERRED:

• Experience in a Hotel/Casino setting
• 6 months of experience in a Lost & Found department
