What you'll do

  • Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access

  • Monitor security feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections

  • Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations

  • Defuse guest disturbances and escort individuals from the property if necessary

  • Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties

  • Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documents

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and assist with moving objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Position Summary We are currently seeking qualified talent to be responsible for taking a lead role in ensuring that the assigned business unit policies, procedures and practices align with BoW 2nd line of defense Op Risks and Compliance requirements and providing challenge for continuous enhancements of the BU 1st line of defense set-up. In this role you will: * Coordinate and support Business Groups in implementing any Compliance, Operational Risk and Permanent Control assessment (RCRA, RCSA …) or program or initiative. Manage the scope and the calendar, facilitate the assessments/implementation, ensure action plan follow-up. * Work with the assigned Business Group affected by changing laws, regulations or policies to ensure that appropriate changes are implemented * Support the assigned Business Group to respond to Regulatory / Audit inquiries and coordinate evidence gathering * Coordinate the risks identification and action plan follow-up * Coordinate the production and distribution of processes, procedures/policies and make sure of their compliance with 2LOD requirements and BNPP as well * Coordinate the performance of controls and, if required, to perform testing * Coordinate and promote the identification and recording of historical operational risk incidents * Contribute to any Compliance, Internal Control and Operational Risk statement/reporting Other Job Duties * Identify and report/escalation alerts on issues related to Compliance, Operational Risk and Permanent Control * Work in close collaboration / Liaise with Compliance, Op Control and Audit team – and contribute to 1st LOD governance structure * Disseminate all Compliance information and requirements * Perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience * Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. * Typically viewed as a specialist within discipline. * May have broad knowledge of project management. * Requires 7 years minimum prior relevant experience.
