Overview
We are looking for a candidate that can thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they arrive and initiating repair orders. This person should have a positive attitude, be adaptable, a team player, and have stellar communication skills (in person, online, over the phone) when updating our guests.
We are looking for a dedicated individual as this is a full-time position and will require working Saturdays (schedule varies). If you speak another language let us know! The Guest Service Associate position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $17.00.

Responsibilities
Greet all guests entering the Collision Repair Center service area with a friendly disposition, and answer guest questions, or direct them to the appropriate person or location
Obtain guest's vehicle and personal information and accurately enter it onto to repair order
Transfer repair orders to Estimators for vehicle inspection
Provide direction to CRC valets to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow to increase guest convenience and maintain an orderly parking area
Assist Estimators with finished vehicle deliveries
Answer guest's question concerning services performed or products purchased, or refer them to someone who can
Assist the CRC in other areas, as needed
Must always maintain high ethical standards and professional appearance
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Mandarin, preferred
A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry or related field
Fully proficient in mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages)
Ability to operate manual transmissions; inspect vehicles to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Must work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; and use standard office equipment
Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record
Physical Demands

Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with their body, arms, and/or legs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including low and high temperatures, precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and small and/or enclosed spaces.
Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
