Description: Long Term Leave Replacement BCBA Full or Part-time. To assist students with behavioral needs and guide teachers toward successful implementation of proper intervention strategies.

Position available September 06, 2024 to on or about December 06, 2024

Job Summary:

1.Create plans to manage students with behavioral needs

2.Provide comprehensive plans based on observation, evaluation, data collection, and monitoring of progress

3.Provide individual or group instruction to target populations

4.Identify triggers that lead to inappropriate behaviors and design strategies to minimize such behaviors

Qualifications:

1.Valid NJ Instructional Certificate School Psychologist, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBa (Board Certified Assist Behavior Analyst)

2.Demonstrated knowledge of effective behavioral methods and developmentally appropriate behavioral activities

3.Ability to maintain a positive rapport between teachers, students and parents

4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

5.Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
