EXL Finance Transformation Consulting is seeking to hire a temp to possible perm Logistics & Supply Project Manager in Houston, TX. The Project Manager will join our team servicing our Food & Beverage production industry clients.

This role will be remote but will require onsite office work at the Houston, TX office once guidelines permit.

The temporary role is up to 6 months with possibility of going perm depending upon business needs.


  • Develop Project Plans

  • Host Project meetings with project team and key stakeholders

  • Provide feedback, advice, project updates to team members

  • Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness

  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project

  • Manage the day-to-day project activities

  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership

  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

  • Develop and manage all aspects of project from planning, external vendor relationships, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

  • Set and continually manage project while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

  • Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders,

  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

  • Ensure that project are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

  • Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones


  • Bachelors Degree

  • Experience using SmartSheet is a plus

  • PMP is a plus

  • Similar consulting and advisory industry experience is a plus,

  • Food & Beverage supply industry is a must
