USANA Health Sciences is seeking a quick learner with a can-do attitude who is friendly and communicative to join our logistics department as a Logistics Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring USANA's raw ingredients and finished product make it to their destination in a timely manner.

As an entry level specialist, you will work directly with the USANA shipping dock. Your ability to work well and demonstrate gratitude will be integral to your success.

As you develop in this position, you will learn a lot of great skills which can carry into other positions. You will learn to work under tight timelines, make quick decisions, work with different countries and their regulations, and will learn to work as a team and with other departments and different personalities.

A successful individual in this position will exemplify USANA's core values and will ensure USANA's production runs smoothly resulting in successful businesses for our direct-selling associates.

Additional Essential Functions

  • Coordinate primarily domestic and occasional international freight shipping activities

  • Ensure accuracy of all shipping documentation, auditing all documentation from vendors, forwarders, etc

  • Review freight bills for verification and accuracy

  • Act as an expeditor for various logistical functions

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, and distribution preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication, and math skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
