Redbubble Berlin , NH 03570

Posted 3 weeks ago

Redbubble was born in 2006 in Melbourne. The dream was simple. Give independent artists a meaningful new way to sell their creations. Today, we connect over 800k artists and designers across the planet with millions of fans. As for us? We're passionate, imaginative, and a little offbeat. An inspired mix that's helped artists earn over $100M since launch. (We're also nice, well-balanced folks with lives outside of work.)

We get up everyday to bring more creativity into the world. And that means everywhere. To every corner of the world. To keep pace, we need a sharp, driven Logistics Specialist based in Berlin, to build our relationships with our fulfillers and shippers to optimize for speed, quality, capacity and experience. Your ultimate goal is to drive an amazing delivery experience for Redbubble buyers in the region. Your work helps artists sell more and earn more because their product will get to the customer by the most efficient means possible.

The work you'd do:

  • Source, negotiate, and engage with European shipping carriers, both prospective and existing.

  • Maintain, improve and optimize our EU and UK shipping network.

  • Work with third party printers to implement new carriers, troubleshoot shipping problems, and drive efficiencies.

  • Drive operational and cost efficiencies working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Liaise with the EU and San Francisco (US) fulfilment and quality teams, and with our Product Team based in Melbourne, Australia.

  • Lead business reporting and measurement for the region engaging in new projects and initiatives that will improve the delivery experience of our customers.

  • Take part in groundbreaking initiatives in our Berlin office

You Are:

  • An autonomous self-starter: If you see something that doesn't look right, you're going to fix it!
  • An excellent communicator, building healthy relationships with other teams and 3rd Party Fulfillers across different platforms

You stand out because you have:

  • 1-2 years experience with logistics in the region (small parcel logistics a plus)

  • High level of market awareness of local carriers and local market landscape

  • An uncommon knack to work without a lot of structure

  • Experience with e-commerce

  • An Ability to travel (around 10-20% in peak periods)

  • Awareness or experience with print-on-demand a plus

  • Advanced fluency in English. German, French, Italian or Spanish: another plus

  • MBA/BA/Business degree with experience in supply chain/logistics is the last and final plus

Some of what you'd come to expect when you join the RB family:

  • Meaningful work that allows you to contribute to a mission you believe in
  • A safe and supportive place to continue to grow and hone your craft
  • A diverse and inclusive work environment where you can connect with colleagues from around the world
