An experienced Logistics Specialist who will help drive optimal performance through data analytics. This position is part of a dynamic operations team that reports into a Global Carrier Operations Manager. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, willingness to learn and works well both independently and as a team member.
Prepare and maintain timely and accurate KPIs
Perform network analysis for weekly reporting and perform Quarterly business review with vendors.
Follow up with providers on parcel shipping, tracking events, root causes investigations and other exception issues.
Aggregate data from carriers to create mis-sort, un-manifested, and overage reports.
Assist in the development and adherence of carriers' standard operating procedures and work instructions.
And other assignments as directed.
Bachelor's degree (Business/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred but not required)
Minimum of 3 years Logistics/Supply Chain Management experience specializing in transportation, distribution and/or freight management
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and integrated software applications
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in e-commerce industry preferred but not required
Manage themselves with a high level of integrity, respect and exemplify PBI core values and beliefs
