Job Description:
This position focuses on the accurate and compliant management of processes and records related to Government Furnished Material. It includes, but is not limited to: receipt and issue of depot hardware; managing inventory for depot repair; reconciling monthly and annual cycle counts; support program screening and disposition efforts associated with contract close out; processing scrap; coordinate and support inventory research; support DCMA audits as needed.

The successful candidate will work cross functionally with internal customers regarding RMS procedures and Government regulations as well as supporting DCMA Property audits.

Required Skills:

  • BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing or related field

  • 2 years experience in related field

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP

  • SAP/PRISM Warehouse and Inventory management experience

  • Previous experience working with cross functional teams.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

VIEW JOBS 10/23/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-21T00:00 Requisition ID 126489BR Date updated 10/23/2018 The Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) Logistics Program Asset Management organization is seeking a self-motivated energetic individual to lead a team that is responsible for ensuring government, customer, and company owned property is managed efficiently and in compliance with contracts, regulations, and sound business practices. The successful candidate will be responsible to monitor, assist, maintain, coordinate and review all Government Furnished Property/Material (GFP/GFM) requirements to ensure compliance with RMS Property directives and contract requirements. This position requires the handling of multiple simultaneous assignments as both an individual contributor, part of a high performance team, and as a lead. This role requires the ability to study, understand, interpret a variety of compliance areas including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), RTN policies, RMS directives, RMS Property Management Systems and apply that knowledge to their tasks in support of our company, organization, and customers.
