Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for data entry, cycle counts, researching, and correcting inventory errors. Incumbents in this position will also be asked to assist the logistics team with problem pick tickets and warehouse location accuracies.

What You Will Do:
Perform data entry to release, move into location, or adjust inventory through the use of computer software
Address departmental paperwork and conduct physical searches/researches of missing products
Assist in researching discrepancies on cycle counts
Assist shipping departments with problem pick tickets
Track departmental data and generate applicable reports as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Plant location: Grapevine, TX
Work week & shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday (6:00am-2:00pm); overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
High School diploma or equivalent
A minimum of three months in an administrative, inventory, production or supply chain support role
Strong communication and mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position
Above average computer skills in mainframe or pc applications
Experience using a pallet jack
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems
Strong attention to detail, good communicator and a team member
Ability to meet physical requirements of position
