So, what will you actually be doing?
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Lead a team to grow and deliver outstanding results that exceed business. requirements, while supporting the unique culture of our customer's business.
Serve as point of contact for our customer, ensuring client service level requirements are met or exceeded.
Drive the business strategy and develop innovative, proactive and corrective action plans to address the demands of the business.
Provide effective communication to direct reports, leadership and customers.
Manage multiple and diverse services, partnering across our organization to ensure the needs of our client are exceeded.
Drive Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, metrics, scorecards and cost savings initiatives.
Support, lead and manage client initiatives and requirements.
Achieve accounts(s) revenue and profitable budgets and provide financial oversight (budget attainment and cost controls).
Foster and maintain a safe working environment, protecting company assets, people, and facilities.
Provide operating expertise and guidance to site managers and front-line associates on matters regarding staffing, operations, quality, and customer care.
Ensure quality control measures are correctly developed, implemented and monitored to support operation.
Identify and capitalize on new or expanded services opportunities to drive business growth.
Support a positive and professional work environment through effective coaching and counseling of employees.
Demonstrate commitment to company efforts to achieve a diverse workforce, including facilitating a fair and equitable hiring process that promotes workforce diversity while adhering to all applicable regulations.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field
Minimum of 7 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Minimum 5 years prior experience directly managing exempt and non-exempt team members.
Demonstrated success in developing team members.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must have prior experience in managing budgets and working with standard relevant financial metrics.
Ability to communicate what success looks like in order to channel the activity and energy of all involved toward achieving identified results.
Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of both internal and external business partners; establishes and maintains effective working relationships with customers; continuously looks for ways to provide world class service.
Aptitude for making data-based decisions and integrating business information through analyzing the key issues and identifying the critical patterns.
Intermediate level of skill with MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
General understanding of various supply chain technologies, processes and standards including: EDI, Web Portals, ERP, TMS/WMS, Scorecards, Vendor Compliance, GS1/GDSN, Business Intelligence, etc.
Physical qualifications The ability to perform the following duties with or without an accommodation:
Lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
Long periods of sitting and operating a computer and other office productivity machinery.
Stand and/or walk intermittently throughout the day.
Travel (e.g. walking, taking a shuttle, etc.) from building to building.
Bend, reach, squat occasionally.
