  • This position performs technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.

  • Prepares equipment for onward movement IAW instructions received from supervisory personnel. May operate GMV, ATV, 4k Forklift, MHE and/or commercial vehicles in the conduct of daily duties and assignments and may be required to perform routine operator maintenance on same MHE.

  • Crates, loads, unloads, palletizes and prepares necessary paperwork for equipment movement (by ground and/or air transport) to/from Sites and DRMO.

  • Follows manual warehousing storage, location and inventory procedures. Conducts inventories of component items to major end items ensuring all recoverable/non-expendable items are physically present or otherwise accounted for prior to accepting the item for turn in from the user.

  • Prepares reports, maintains files, and briefs supervisor/management on maintenance support functions associated with the transport, storage, turnin, issue and/or direct exchange of spares/equipment to/from remote locations.

  • Maintaining spares/equipment records for equipment issued to sites. Reviewing and maintaining all site records for equipment. Establishing accurate accountability of all spares/CAP/GFE equipment currently on-hand. Identifying all equipment shortages and recognizing/understanding needs.

Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or closely related field with 2 years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Ability to lift 40lbs regularly.

Current SECRET clearance.

Must be able to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.

Willing to travel to OCONUS locations when needed. ~10%

Desired Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite Experience, Word, Excel, Power Point.

The position will be located in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Understanding customer requirements through RFPs and other Requests * Works closely with the proposal team, functional organizations, and management to develop, plan and schedule cost proposals while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence * Oversees proposal development, planning and scheduling * Compiles costs, schedules, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, (including developing outlines, schedules, and budgets) * Leads proposal teams through analysis, writing, presentations, review, and production activities * Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments * Developing and preparing cost volumes in accordance with RFP requirements * Researches and analyzes historical data * Develops cost models to support proposal efforts and overall pricing strategy * Supporting risk and opportunity assessment, quantification, and analysis during the proposal process * Presents and briefs proposal pricing, cost issues and risks to senior and executive leadership * Leads and supports DCAA audit reviews for proposals Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Mathematics or related area. * Self-Motivated * 3 Years of combined experience in Pricing/Finance/Contracts/Business/Mathematics * Be able to work in a deadline driven environment. * Eager to learn, with excellent communication skills to meet deadlines. * A team player, independent, proactive and possesses excellent problem solving and organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications.
