The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Plans and Integration branch supervisor providing technical development of assigned
workforce and management of wing's readiness/deployment programs.
Plans, organizes and manages the day-to-day activities of the Plans and Integration function at base level.
Exercises supervisory and/or personnel management responsibilities less than 25% of the time for one to two subordinates personnel.
Represents the Plan and Integration flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Performs logistics deliberate and adaptive planning processes.
Principle advisor to senior leadership on plans and integrations issues.

Position may or will require incumbent to Fly in military and/or commercial aircraft in the performance of temporary duty (TDY) assignments.
Required to meet and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements. Incumbent's regular assignments are primarily ART duties: however, the incumbent may be assigned some non-ART duties, generally not to exceed 30 percent of total responsibilities.
This position requires a Secret security clearance. Incumbent must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background investigation.
May be required to work overtime and extended tours of duty to meet special workload demands.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-09, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes performing logistics planning processes such as deployment, readiness, employment and logistics command and control processes. (To be creditable, specialized experience must meet the above quality level requirements).
EDUCATION: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or
LL.M, if related, in a relevant field of study (e.g., Logistics Management, History, Public Administration, any Science degree, Mathematics,
Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) necessary to perform the duties of the position.

evaluates options concerning cargo movement and material management. (5) Ability to plan, organize, and direct a small sized organization.
(6) Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
