We are currently looking for a Logistics Import Administrator for our Souderton, PA facility. The Logistics Import Administrator is responsible for carrying out administrative duties related to the support of the Customs Compliance team including managing import entry documentation in accordance with US regulatory requirements as well as in accordance with cGMPs and all relevant Almac Clinical Services SOPs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Audit US Customs entry files for confirmation of all necessary repository documentation and advise the appropriate parties of discrepancies and pending resolutions.
Retrieve any missing necessary documentation from external and/or internal resources including Customhouse brokerages to meet record retention compliance.
Maintain record keeping for US import files including Import tracker and any required repository filing.
Assist Customs & Compliance and Logistics Services teams as needed for any repository US import documentation, files etc.
Collate, file and archive any and all hard copy documentation for repository where applicable, ensuring that all necessary actions and tasks have been completed.
High School diploma/GED required
Some college course work preferred
Required Work Experience:
1 year in a professional office and an administrative support role.
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word
2 years of Pharmaceutical, Customs brokerage, or logistics experience preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
