Position Summary

Our qualified candidate will be responsible to conduct 3-month business forecasts, including comprehensive forecasts on logistics cost and overhead expenses as well as of business environmental changes to provide better financial visibility to management. They will prepare and perform month-end closing from a managerial standpoint, using SAP Controlling (CO) module while closely monitoring expenses/cost allocation of various profit segments/cost centers. Analyze data and compare to the monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast to track cost fluctuation. Support ad-hoc reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

  • 0-1 years of experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or similar

  • Expertise with SAP and advanced Excel and Power Point skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional groups.

  • Experience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning or financial planning systems is highly desired. (SAP, etc.)

  • Proven success in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

  • Should have advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills.

  • Strong communication, both written (PPT presentations) and oral skills.

  • The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Travel & Logistics Specialist to be based in our Plano RSO. This role is primarily responsible for booking all company travel and logistical support. Primary duties will include booking travel (airfare, hotel, car, etc.) for both Operations and RSO Crewmembers via online travel system, track all travel related charges/expenses, and assist in the management of key vendors and systems. This position requires strong organizational and people-managements skills. This position will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside our multi-functional Learning & Development Team. Responsibilities * Utilizes designated travel system to book all company travel [individual, large group, and meetings] * Books & Supports Travel for the following: MIT's, NRO Team, Restaurant Support Crew, Meetings & Events attendees [RCMC, MPC, Annual Conferences], RSO New Hires, etc. * Assists in providing weekends/after-hours support to traveling Crew * Monitors travel costs and reports discrepancies and anomalies * Reconciles spend monthly [Pcard transactions, vendor invoices, etc.] * Assists in the management of vendor relationships to ensure appropriate corporate pricing [negotiate hotel rates, etc.] * Works cross-functionally with other Departments [Training Facilitation, NRO Planning, etc.] to improve processes and procedures Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Travel planning and booking experience preferred * Superior detail orientation and highly organized * Strong communication skills * Experienced contract negotiation skills * Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Aptitude to do computer work on a daily basis, minimum of 7 hours per day * Ability to travel to evaluate venues and manage vendor relationships * Ability to work on a full-time basis at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The intellectual and physical demands described below are representative of what must be met by a Crewmember to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
