Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator with an International Company. Job Duties include: · Monitor the execution of customer deliveries throughout the network, proactively communicate customer ETA’s or delays to ensure that customer expectations and performance indicators and are met. · Providing real time support for ordering, retrieval & issue resolution. · Validation and documentation of pallet retrieval paperwork to initiate billing · Lead and develop process improvements or design new processes in accordance with 48forty Solutions business needs and vision. · Provide customers with strong product knowledge and specifications. · Provide support and collaborate with all business units that directly impact orders and deliveries of our pallets, with the goal to achieve timely and accurate service and exceed customer expectations.
