Logistics Coordinator

Do you have the ability to act quickly when making important decisions? If so, Pace is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our warehouse team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer freight is processed safely, efficiently, and accurately.

• Work closely with owner operators to ensure KPIs are being met and SOPs are being adhered to

• Ability to effectively coach, train, and drive improvements with driver base.

• Demonstrate ongoing proactiveness in a fast-paced environment.

• Confirm that logistics activities are carried out so that multiple receipt, staging, launch and delivery deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor to prevent quality control issues.

• Participate in weekly/monthly/annual, safety and compliance training

• Adhere to all applicable regulatory standards (including, but not limited to OSHA, DOT, FMCSA)

• Performs other tasks as directed by management.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent a must

• One to four years of related experience preferred.

• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

• Strong attention to detail a must.

• Ability to multi-task required.

• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
