Our work depends on Logistics Analyst Senior joining our team to provide substantial procurement and traditional logistics services in support of the group's local, domestic field and foreign field operations.
HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
● Will support all of the group's mission elements, including those that are associated with domestic and field sites. Logistics services are provided through several teams that include officers and contractors serving in geographically-oriented shared services platforms and officers and contractors that are co-located with the group's mission elements and with support centers
● This is a worldwide team that is collaborative and synergistic, that is integrated into mission, and that leverages technology to develop and deliver agile solutions
● Candidate should be able to work both independently and in a team atmosphere. Work will be both transactional and dynamic depending on the nature of requests coming in
● Schedule requirements are 6:30am-3:00pm or 7:00am-3:30pm with occasional hours required
● Basic skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Outlook, Lotus Notes, and a custom in-house SharePoint site will be required to use for day-to-day operations. As accountable property management and procurement support are frequently required, previous experience with Sponsor Procurement and Accountable Property Systems, Directorate Specific Logistics Systems, Sponsor Shipping System and Property Turn-In system/procedures is preferred
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: Able to lift 50 lbs
● Location: Reston and Chantilly, Virginia
● US Citizenship Required
