The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokering loads, negotiating carrier rates, and securing new business. This remote position involves managing a team of 3 to 4 Logistics Coordinators and driving growth. Logistics Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 3-4 Logistics Coordinators. Broker various loads (intermodal, van, hot shot, flatbed, bobtail, project cargo). Negotiate competitive carrier rates. Secure new business opportunities.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies. Optimize logistics functions (brokering, shipping, storing, packing). Utilize logistics technology for efficiency. Maintain client and carrier relationships.

Logistics Operations Manager Qualifications: Extensive experience in freight, trucking, and cargo operations. Strong negotiation and business development skills.

Leadership experience in a remote setting. Proficient with logistics technology. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience: Bachelors Degree in Business Warehousing, customs clearance, order management, fulfillment, pick and pack, and end-user transport. What We Offer:
