Locum - Physician - Interventional Radiologist Chattanooga TN

URGENT COVERAGE NEEDED for July 31-Aug 6. SUBMIT LICENSED CANDIDATES TO BE CONSIDERED.

BID DUE DATE: FIRST TO FILL URGENT COVERAGE: 07/31-08/06 Details: 1 week per month No clinic involved Required Procedures: Mechanical thrombectomy, carotid stenting, diagnostic cerebral arteriogram, aneurysmal coiling.

Setting: Inpatient Support staff: NP during business hours. Reason for coverage:

Program currently has one full time interventional neurologist. Would like to have a second for backup and breaks in schedule to keep the program open 24/7. Also preparing for proiders coming up on 1 year with CS.

EMR: EPIC Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility: Admissions per day, Patients/day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc. Consultant only but suspect 2-3 consults per day; varies based on stroke volume Credentialing Information:

• Must be included in the rate, per CS guidelines. Orientation (half the hourly rate, kicks in after 8 hours) - "per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours" On Call (Daily) - "Per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis" Call back - "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed. Gratis prorate to MSA terms" Holiday (hourly) - 1.5x the regular rate per CS guidelines.
