We are seeking culturally sensitive clinicians to join our 100% digital primary care medical group, integrating both Urgent Care and Primary Care services through a digital-first model. In this role, you will utilize asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video communication to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.
By leveraging data, technology, and teamwork, you will enhance patient outcomes while delivering personalized care and promoting shared decision-making. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive care for patients managing complex and chronic conditions, utilizing our proprietary app, advanced technology, and clinical expertise. Clinicians provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients across all age groups, addressing a variety of health needs, including chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health.
Our practice operates as a 24/7 medical group, delivering comprehensive primary and urgent care through both text-based and video communication. Clinicians are required to be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, ideally in 4-hour shifts (back-to-back shifts with a one-hour break are also permitted). Shifts are flexible and offered around the clock to meet the varied needs of our patients, with a commitment to work at least two 4-hour weekend shifts each month. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary/urgent care.
Experience or interest in digital-first healthcare models (e.g., virtual medicine). Proficiency with technology in delivering virtual care, including our proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), and Slack. Active licensure in Missouri (MO), Tennessee (TN), or Oklahoma (OK).
