We are looking for an Experienced Locksmith that is ready to take the next step in their professional journey and help us grow by supporting our current Locksmiths and Dispatcher by continuing to work in the field while also assisting with operations Qualifications for Locksmith Lead Technician

• Manager: Minimum 5 years of Locksmith experience is required with supervisory experience preferred Extensive knowledge of security products and their application Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively Self motivated to study and learn industry standards Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced service-based environment Technologically proficient - ability to operate apps, software, and computer systems What Is Expected? The Locksmith Lead Technician

• Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the supervision and development of 3 Locksmith Technicians in our Sarasota location. The ability to work independently is required.
  
  Responsibilities will include: Installation and service of a wide range of security products including electronic locking hardware Ability to manage a large installation or master key system including site survey, quoting, parts ordering, installation, and invoicing Assist Technicians in identifying, quoting, and ordering parts when needed Work alongside the Dispatcher and Store Technician to schedule jobs and work as a team to complete service calls and quotes in a timely manner Assist Technicians with jobs as well as dispatching software and mobile device issues Some after hours work is required What We Offer: Affordable Lock and Security Solutions offers the right candidate an opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a growing company with a long tradition of providing security and safety to our customers and team.
