We currently have an opening for a Lock Desk Coordinator. This role will coordinate secondary marketing information to ensure effective communications and operational compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receives and processes lock requests utilizing various investor web sites and internal loan operation systems per approved rates and procedures.
Acts as liaison between secondary marketing function and loan originators to ensure the highest level of customer service and knowledge exchange.
Processes various requests from loan officers regarding extensions, relocks and loan pricing scenarios
Manages various daily reports and processes used by secondary marketing for pipeline management
Assists in reviewing, interpreting and communicating information from Investors.
Provides administrative support to operations department as needed.
Follows all applicable laws and regulations. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year administrative support experience.
General knowledge of mortgage terminology, documentation and procedures.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong math skills.
Self starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
