Pay Rate: $20.50 - $30.50

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Location: Worcester, MA - 386 Main Street

Hours: 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Purpose/Objective:

Primary operator for lockbox document processing equipment to group, balance, scan, and capture required information. Enter and locate transaction errors and discrepancies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Complete all processing for lockbox customers

• Pick up mail as necessary from post offices

• Complete Positive Pay reviews

• Make corrections/returns for Harper's and ETI

• Create PDF's for ETI Drafts

• Process Bank by Mail - Teller Insight as necessary for lending areas

• Complete 386 Main mailroom functions

• Store Central Mass Branch work and complete research request

• Scan department documents to FCM for ACH, Wires, and Lockbox

• Complete Mobile and ATM daily reviews to assist Deposit Ops

• Processing of Canadian Items for Lockbox and RDC Customers

• Backup Lockbox Manager for vacation coverage

• Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Banking experience
