About the role:

We are currently looking for a Resource Manager to join our Language Services team in Westminster, CO. The job holder will report to the Translation Unit Manager. The Resource Manager will manage resource pools (in-house and/or outsourced linguists).


  • Manage all resource pools for the assigned languages and hold resource ownership;
  • Manage capacity planning for the assigned languages;
  • Improve quality of deliverables, increase efficiency of processes, and develop the linguists level of skills and professional knowledge


  • A completed university degree in a relevant area.
  • 3-5 years of experience in language coordination or in similar roles/businesses.

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-11T00:00 POSITION PURPOSE / IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION The Recreation Services Manager provides executive leadership to the operations of five multi-functional recreation centers, aquatic operations (two indoor and one outdoor pool), indoor sports center, sports fields, and thousands of recreation programs. Work involves the management and development of recreation programs and facilities containing fitness centers, swimming pools, gymnasiums, sport fields, meeting/classrooms, multi-purpose spaces, and studios. Work involves providing inspirational leadership, vision, and strong communication to a dedicated team of professionals. Work is performed independently with responsibility for making final determinations in accordance with established general policies and is reviewed by the Parks, Recreation and Libraries Director through reports, conferences, meetings, or consultations. This division executive reports to the PRL Director and collaborates with four (4) other division managers within the department and with all other City departments. The full salary range for this position is stated above. Starting wages are negotiable and dependent on the qualifications and experience of each individual candidate. The salary range for 2019 will be $97,433 - $121,792 annually. The City of Westminster offers a bonus of up to $1,500 per year depending on the employee's fluency in Spanish, Hmong, and/or Laotian.
