The Opportunity

As a Project Manager at Binari Sonori America, you will have the chance to work with some of the most innovative video game companies in the world and be critical to our successand to theirs. You will be responsible for managing all assigned translation and audio projects from kickoff to completion, which means having the freedom to drive the project as you see best, as well as the ultimate responsibility for producing amazing results for our clients within schedule and budget constraints.   • Own the client relationship and all communication on assigned projects
  • Devise creative solutions as needed to offer best-in-class support for client needs
  • Assign and schedule translators and other resources
  • Define requirements for, prioritize, and track all deliverables
  • Effectively communicate project status updates internally and externally
  • Identify, communicate, and proactively mitigate project risks
  • Closely monitor ongoing financial status of projects
  • Make sound independent decisions and escalate appropriately
  • React smartly when business needs or priorities shift


  • Full professional fluency in English and at least one other language
  • Experience managing video game audio and/or localization workflows (1-2 years)
  • Deep familiarity with memoQ
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization, problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Passion for languages, games, and great customer service
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
  • Dialogue recording experience a plus

The group covers film, television, games, AR/VR and short form content as well as a variety of marketing materials. The Director for Localization is responsible for Dubbing and Subtitling Features, Episodic and Catalogue content for clients and audiences globally. This role has a deep understanding of localization and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategy to ensure all projects are completed to Warner Bros, our client's and audiences' high expectations. What do we require from you? * College preferred, with emphasis on film, production, language translation or related area, or equivalent work experience. * 8-10 years of experience in localization required. * Expert level knowledge of Localization Processes. * Exceptional English language skills, additional language skills advantageous. * Good understanding of content distribution models & release windows. * Some understanding of production delivery schedules and the legal business models that underpin them. * Some experience with TMS/CAT tools (for experienced PMs). * Ambition and courage to explore new ideas in order to develop innovative solutions and work efficiently. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to handle pressure and be efficient when delivering to tight deadlines. * Willingness to collaborate and share their expertise to promote the growth of the team. * Friendly and credible personality who inspires trust in clients, partners and colleagues. * Flexibility and a positive 'can-do' approach that builds team spirit. * Ability to work independently on projects and report findings to management. * Strong communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills. * High degree of cost consciousness Time Warner, Inc.
