Local Tier II Help Desk Support Technician

• 2 years of experience supporting workstation, printer, and other endpoint hardware-Experience supporting MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams-Professional experience using ServiceNow for a ticketing system-Experience working directly (in person) with business stakeholders
