Job Description:

Own the customer experience and provide technical documentation for the troubleshooting steps.

Report software bugs and be an advocate for product improvement.

Document your knowledge and share it with others.

Use tools for debugging and root cause analysis.

Provide in-depth technical support for customer service delivery via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technically complex, escalated problems.

Engage and collaborate with other IT groups in a Plan/Build/Run environment, including escalation teams and the development team, in gaining resolution to critical, complex issues.

Create advanced online technical content including Knowledge Base articles, training documents, blogs, etc.

Present technical content to various audiences including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Customer onboarding/business requirements gathering.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; major or coursework in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred.
5-7 years of experience working with customers. Strong customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills, plus the ability to excel in a team environment is essential.

Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal, listening, and written (including technical writing).

Proven experience in solution development life cycle methods, tools and techniques, using Agile principles preferred.

Programming skills- including the ability to read and understand code written in C#, J-Script, XML, HTML, JAVA and other Microsoft .NET technologies.

Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM Software as a Service within MS Azure. Experience creating custom MS Dynamics CRM application components (i.e. screens, views, reports, work flow).


Experience with CRM integrations to include 3rd party applications/integrations.
Preferred

Skills:

Experience working with customers in the Cloud, e.g. Microsoft Cloud products such as Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other cloud solutions (SalesForce, AWS, etc.)

Experience working with enterprise customers in a highly secure environment.

Industry experience with Microsoft stack (or comparable) technologies.

Working knowledge of Microsoft (or other) SQL Databases (T-SQL, Indexes, Stored Procedures, etc.) and Active Directory

A fundamental understanding of IIS/Apache, troubleshooting website issues/HTTP responses.

Ability to troubleshoot networking issues, database or scripting issues using tools like Message Analyzer, SQL Profiler and browser debuggers, etc.

Ability to read and analyze network traces, Fiddler, SQL traces, etc.

Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and mentoring.

Strong debugging skills desired, e.g. script debugging using browser debugger and or Visual Studio.

Programming skills- including the ability to read and understand code written in C#, J-Script, XML, HTML, JAVA and other Microsoft .NET technologies.

Experience customizing Dynamics 365 (CRM) environments and working with solutions for both Online and On-Premises offerings.

Experience troubleshooting .NET based web applications using Visual Studio, troubleshooting and tuning application performance issues.

Strong debugging skills desired, e.g. script debugging using browser debugger and or Visual Studio.
