Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.

Lime is looking for a marketing leader to run all community development and local marketing efforts for a territory . In this role you will be responsible for growing Lime's community footprint and brand awareness at the local level. Responsibilities will include (but are by no means limited to) development/execution/evaluation of: partnerships, marketing campaigns, external community outreach, internal community engagement, and events. Primary KPIs are rider acquisition and retention, brand awareness and preference, and overall business growth as measured by revenue. This role reports to the Local General Manager, dotted line to Regional Marketing Manager.

You should be a scrappy, strategic networker, with the ability to dream up, execute and critically analyze a local marketing plan. You are comfortable meeting new people, pitching partnership concepts, project managing across departments, and mining data for insights. You have strong business sense, and you understand how local marketing can positively impact the P/L. We move at a very fast pace in a state of ambiguity and evolution, and have high expectations for quality and impact. You'll need to embrace the antithetical dynamics of a high-growth start-up. Responsibilities

  • Foster partnerships with local businesses, advocacy groups, CVBs, chambers of commerce, etc.

  • Plan and execute events that increase ridership and awareness

  • Amplify impact and brand stories through local channels

  • Manage a quarterly budget and ensure ROI

  • Optimize brand perception through quality execution

  • Generate local community insights that drive strategic operations and marketing decisions

  • Experiment, learn, evolve and share with counterparts and key stakeholders

  • Domestic travel up to 10%

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in marketing, community affairs, event marketing, business development, or field sales

  • Resourcefulness: you can make it happen with minimal direction

  • Execution: you have high standards for quality and speed

  • Intuition: your strong instincts lead to strong hypotheses

  • Analytics: your data chops can help you prove/disprove your strong hypotheses

Purpose To manage athletes and partnerships within Basketball sports category including managing the adidas NBA Global relationship and supporting the NBA team partnership team as needed. Key Responsibilities * Primary adidas day-to day contact for fulfilment & servicing with NBA players: * Collaborate with NBA Players,,Teams, League and Senior Dir. Basketball Sports Marketing to drive new areas of opportunity. * Lead & manage affiliated asset performance, budget and accountability. * Leverage all NBA assets for greater Brand outcome & strategy adherence, manage associated partnership budgets. * Work with product marketing, brand marketing, PR and retail marketing to fully manage assets. * Lead regular communication with Athletes, agents and key partners to ensure all commitments are fulfilled and superior service has been provided. * Manage administrative program operations: order and track promotional product, develop a filing/tracking system for program related correspondence. * Direct communication flow between Portland Sport Performance & Sport Style divisions and Sport License Division at key milestones. * Manage & lead regular communication with sales force and key accounts and develop strategic plans accordingly. * Manage Sports Marketing programs related to NBA special events, including but not limited to: Global expansion / outside USA special events, All Star Week, Draft & Playoffs. * Co-produce with the event(s) Project Manager on execution of grassroots and Basketball sport events, both owned and supported. * Assist with the execution of athlete appearances, activations and retail promotions to drive maximum synergies. * Provide NBA operational support to key markets as needed. Leverage local assets for Global Brand outcome. * Heavy travel and overtime may be required during peak season(s). Knowledge Skills and Abilities * Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and any proprietary retailer tracking / OS. * Extensive knowledge of Basketball sport/category * Ability to make sound business decisions & manage program budgets strategically * Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and resolution skills * Effective oral and written communication skills * Ability to effectively present company objectives to a diverse demographic * Ability to communicate with people on different levels within and outside the organization Qualifications * Four year college or university degree, emphasis in marketing or business preferred. * Three years relevant experience, basketball experience preferred. * Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for a degree. adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
