Requirements

  • This is a lead generation role - ability to network with partners and small business owners is paramount
  • Excellent selling, communication, and Business Development skills
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter, nimble, and customer-obsessed
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Goal-oriented, driven, with lots of moxie
  • Experience in networking and influencing decision-makers and COIs
  • Prioritization, time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong marketing and social media acumen
  • Financial or lending background and an existing network of referral partners within our preferred partner industries or other verticals is a big plus

AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES

LISAs must adhere to and be compliant with all Lendio training, policies, and initiatives. Attendance at meetings and compliance in marketing strategies is a must. As a LISA you will be:

Identifying Prospective Borrowers and COIs

LISAs must be masters of relationship building. Networking is the key to cultivating relationships and building trust. Cold-calling on local bank branches and other COIs is absolutely critical to the success of this position. It is mission critical that LISAs execute swift and consistent action on leads from those efforts while simultaneously working to secure trusting relationships with referral partners.

Execute Focused Monthly Marketing Campaigns

Lendio will provide you with tools to help you target potential borrowers in your market.

Advising Customers on Lending Solutions

At Lendio we sell solutions, not small business loans. Its up to you to position yourself as a lending expert and ensure your merchants have access to all opportunities to capital within our marketplace.

Create a Cadence of Consistent and Caring Follow Up

Your business cant grow without maintaining a 5 reputation. Ensuring your merchants are happy and asking for 5 reviews and referrals is an imperative part of our sales process.

This position offers the flexibility to work on your own terms, completely commissioned based, and is perfect for someone with school or camp connections. </p> <p>We offer two levels for our independent contractors, one is a Sales Development Rep, where you will set demos and participate in them alongside one of our inside Account Executives who will then be responsible for closing and contracting the prospective school or camp and the other is an Account Executive, where you will perform full cycle sales including setting and running demos, closing and delivering signed contracts. The Sales Development Rep pays a commission of 10% of Waldo’s net revenue in year 1 and the Account Executive pays 20% of Waldo’s net revenue in year one.
