Part commercial enterprise, part revolutionary movement, Einride is creating a zero-emission transportation system, based on autonomous, all-electric vehicles, coordinated by an intelligent routing software - making the journey from A to B as efficient as possible.

The operations team is responsible for integrating Einride's solution in terms of both software and hardware with existing client infrastructure and to do so in a future proof way. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning.

Job description:

  • Responsible for Einrides Customer Operations locally at specific market/country/area

  • Building up local organization and ramping up operational capability

  • Overall P&L responsibility for all new customer implementations as well as operational customers

  • Work closely with global team on shared learnings and continuous improvements


  • Bachelor's degree within the relevant field

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager

  • Strong leadership skills and experience from growing teams

  • Previous experience from transport industry

  • Background from mobility, automotive and/or logistics area

VIEW JOBS 9/25/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-12-24T00:00 The Role As Tesla continues to scale at rapid pace, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to lead Vehicle Allocation and Fleet Operations for EMEA. This role will oversee the execution of the vehicle strategy, optimizing across multiple constraints with vehicles coming from the US, China and eventually Germany. In this role, you will manage the EMEA Fleet team. Responsibilities * Be a key member of a cross functional business team based in Amsterdam, managing European operations * Be the primary point of contact to the US and China Demand Planning teams, as well as a coordinator with EMEA Planning stakeholders * Manage the internal Fleet team and help drive the EMEA sales strategy by leveraging internally-owned vehicles for sales activities * Drive continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service by collaborating with the operations teams on strategic execution. We expect you to champion safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all of your actions and decisions * Create a structured and inclusive culture in your team while driving motivation towards the shared mission in Tesla * Take ownership and create a culture of accountability * Maintain a strong overview of processes, people and resources. You define work, delegate tasks and hold individuals and teams accountable for their performance * Provide regular coaching and feedback to your team members and have a deep knowledge of your team's strengths and opportunities.
