May 2025 Location: In-person Assignment Details: Seeking a highly organized and motivated Special Education Case Manager.

Reporting to the School Principal and Director of Specialized Services, the Case Manager plays a critical role in building a rigorous education for students with disabilities that maintains and goes beyond compliance. The Case Manager works with the school-based Specialized Services Team to ensure that effective Individualized Education Plans are created and implemented to ensure student achievement. The Case Manager serves as a resource for school staff regarding special education best practices, works closely with students and their families to ensure the individual needs of the student are being met, and are responsible for maintaining authentic compliance around State and Federal Law.
