The role of the Lobby Ambassador

BASIC PURPOSE: The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for having a strong presence in the lobby welcoming guests, directing and answering any questions guests may have. The Lobby Ambassador is the first person the guest sees as they enter our hotel. This position in crucial to our overall guest experience and our arrival/departure. We are looking for someone who is personable, knowledgeable of the city, friendly and has a welcoming personality. The Lobby Ambassador may also be responsible for assisting with storing and retrieving luggage, opening doors and ensuring the lobby area remains clean.

This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule able to work morning/afternoon shifts; weekends and holidays are also part of the schedule.

This position does require authorization to work in the United States.
