Loaner Car Administrator - Lexus of Greenwood Village
Our Loaner Car Administrator is responsible for assisting clients in the loaner vehicle department and further ensuring client satisfaction with their loaner vehicle in a courteous and prompt manner. They need to ensure all loaner vehicles are properly maintained, serviced and ready for client delivery. This person maintains and supplies daily/monthly activity reports to the management team and sets appointments over the phone, in person, or via internet for loaner vehicles. They need to complete loaner vehicle contracts thoroughly and accurately. It is the responsibility of the loaner car administrator to work directly with the service department client advisors and sales management to ensure effective use of the loaner vehicles.
Act as a liaison for any guest in all departments of the dealership
Maintain cleanliness of work area, self and vehicles
Move vehicles in a safe manner
Demonstrates professional behavior
1-3 years of customer service experience
Current valid driver's license
Clean driving record, no blemishes
Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicle
