Loan Servicing Specialist II Salary Range

• $20.92 - $22.28

Loan Servicing Specialist II Duties & Responsibilities

• Works closely with other internal departments or external vendors to provide extraordinary service to member.

• Makes recommendations to department management regarding the automation of servicing procedures using the Spectrum servicing system or a 3rd party vendor. Proposes enhancements to work methods or procedures to improve process efficiency and/or the quality of results.

• Tracks progress against monthly production goals. Confers with department management regarding production issues and resolution

• Provides a contact source for members and credit union employees for research and questions regarding loan accounts. Corrects, reconstructs and modifies consumer loans by adjusting rate, term, payment posting errors, and payment history in order to create an accurate member loan history. Researches and resolves member disputes to ensure both loan quality and member satisfaction.

Loan Servicing Specialist II Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• 5 years + prior experience in a loan servicing role or equivalent is preferred.

• Knowledge of and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the servicing of mortgage loans.

• Ability to resolve problems related to escrow accounts and misapplied payments.

• Ability to interpret and understand RESPA, FNMA, and investor guidelines and regulations.

• Construction Servicing experience preferred, but not required
