Loan Servicing Implementation Coordinator
Experienced Implementation Coordinator with direct Mortgage Servicing experience preferred. The candidate will be required to assist our Client Implementation and Servicing Initiatives team in performing a myriad of functions which require a working knowledge of mortgage servicing and/or project management. Must be able to perform a variety of administrative/clerical functions necessary to successfully onboard new clients to BSI and implementation of new servicing initiatives.
Manage Client set up questionnaires/responses.
Monitor incoming evidence of implementation, saving it to the appropriate folders and Smartsheet.
Candidate will work in several proprietary systems as well as all standard office applications to build new client accounts, manage the client database, and assist our clients with IT related system access set up, etc.
Develop and maintain project documentation through Smartsheets, Google apps and Salesforce.
Coordinate Client set up and servicing initiative meetings.
Work with new clients to determine servicing requirements and ensure servicing agreement, SOW and performance standards align with client requirements.
Work with Business Units to implement controls for non-standard client servicing requirements.
Thorough knowledge of Mortgage Loan Servicing preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a remote environment
Project Management experience
Must be able to perform a variety of support functions to ensure our teams success
High level of competence in MS Office, Google apps, Saleforce and Smartsheets
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education and Experience
Two years relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as other office applications
Ability to work with satellite offices and all levels of personnel both internal and external
Strong written and verbal communication
