Spring EQ is hiring Loan Processor/Account Managers to join our Wholesale team. The Account Manager will support our wholesale team in taking loans from submittal to close for our brokers, and will be responsible for facilitating communication between brokers and Spring EQ Wholesale team members. The ideal candidate will have a customer service oriented personality, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience processing mortgage loan.
Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between our approved brokers and Spring EQ wholesale team members in a responsive and timely manner to ensure that all closing deadlines are met for a best in class boker and borrower experience.
Manage inbound requests from internal team members and brokers with attention to detail and within assigned timeframes
Communicate with brokers in a customer service oriented manner to obtain necessary documentation to complete the loan fulfillment process
Provide a positive customer service experience to all brokers and team members
Evaluate and review documentation provided by brokers to ensure documents provided meet the requirements for loan approval
Complete verifications of Employment according to company policies and order, track, and review 3rd party services (appraisal/Flood/Title)
Provide processing and administrative support to wholesale team members as needed
Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
3+ years of experience processing home equity or mortgage loans
Proficiency with loan origination systems and ability to adapt to new technology, automation updates and other applications
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize and meet competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter mentality with the ability to problem solve
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
