This role performs all servicing related functions within the bank's Syndicated portfolio. Receives/reviews/processes advance, payment, and maintenance requests from the Bank's clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients on all servicing related activity on syndicated facilities including advances, payments, rate changes, and preparation and distribution of loan notices to all investor banks, ACBS system posting, and reconciliation of all funds received and disbursed.

  • Monitor and perform ACBS system input as needed for the timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, reduction to revolver schedules, and facility utilization changes.

  • Prepare and issue notices to investors on Agented credits to ensure timely processing of transactions within the investor bank group.

  • Work directly with investor bank group to balance and resolve any issues within the portfolio.

  • Receive daily research and maintenance requests from lending officers, relationship associates, clients, and correspondent financial institutions and perform the necessary analysis and system input required.

  • Review and balance daily reconciliation reports for general ledger activity tied to loan servicing.

  • Review daily exception reports, determining the necessary monetary and system maintenance required for resolution.

  • Perform any research requests and analyze loans to solve for complex out of balance errors - and perform the necessary system adjustments to balance the loan portfolio.

  • Respond to client inquiries around loan balance, rate information, loan statement questions, advance and payment inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial lending experience (loan servicing experience preferred), 5 years for the Sr. Analyst position.
  • Required
  • Experience in interpreting complex loan documentation to ensure proper loan servicing including but not limited to complex rate option accrual structures, complex repayment structures and complex advance parameters.

  • Minimum of 2 years of ACBS loan system experience (or similar loan system knowledge)
  • Preferred
  • Agented Syndication experience (closing, servicing, funding)
  • Preferred
  • Experience with Energy, Lender Finance, Branded Retail and/or Asset Based Lending Portfolios
  • Preferred
  • Experience managing Term Loan B Portfolios
