What you'll do:
As a Loan Operations Administrator you will be responsible for completing duties involved with closing and disbursing commercial loans for a variety of loan products offered by the Bank. You will work closely with the Lending Origination Officer and other third parties to to facilitate in the gathering of appropriate documentation and collateral information from the Borrower, verifying documents and researching information to prepare closing documents. One of your key responsibilities is to collaborate with appropriate parties to assist in the resolution of any issues or obstacles related to closing the loan such as liens, judgments, insurance, and title exceptions.
What we are looking for:
Responsible for supporting the Loan Administration Manager in processing loan requests prepared by Lending Origination Officers.
You will prepare loan packages for review by Documentation, Compliance and the Lending Origination Officer.
Ensures loan submissions comply with bank policies and procedures, and that completed loan documentation is accurate and properly maintained
One of your key responsibilities is to collaborate with appropriate parties to assist in the resolution of any issues or obstacles related to closing the loan such as liens, judgments, insurance, and title exceptions
Monitors tickler files for accounts; ensures credit inquires and UCC filings are researched to determine credit worthiness and appropriate collateral positioning are achieved.
What you will need:
High school diploma and 1+ years of related experience.
Entry level to Intermediate knowledge of lending regulations and closing procedures, title and insurance policies.
Entry level to Intermediate knowledge and ability to close all loan types including specialty lending - hypothecation, mortgage warehouse, syndication, municipal, participation, gaming and homebuilder finance/borrowing base administration.
Intermediate computer operational skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervisory oversight
