We believe in removing obstacles, providing a healthy and supportive environment for you to thrive in, and creating opportunities for you to help you succeed If you have a proven track record of loan origination, We’d love to have you on our team We offer extremely high compensation, an array of lenders/ products for you to choose from, quick closings, and a platform that will certainly contribute to your success Hurry and Apply Today Stop, Drop, And Roll We are simply the best Responsibilities : Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines Qualifications Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability Compensation : $124,000 at plan yearly About Jackson Henry Mortgage, LLC Jackson Henry Mortgage is a family-owned and operated mortgage brokerage located in Spring, Texas, with clients in Texas and Florida.
