Position Summary:

As a Loan Originator, you'll play a vital role in helping clients secure mortgage loans that fit their unique needs. You'll proactively market and originate mortgage loan products, build strong client relationships, and exceed production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Originate mortgage loans, including offering and negotiating terms, taking applications, and verifying information.
• Achieve loan production numbers as set by the Branch Manager.
• Collaborate with branch and corporate team members on loan files.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive loan quality and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date on Fairway policies, guidelines, and company products.
• Adhere to all company policies and federal, and state regulations related to mortgage lending.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding mortgage loan products.
• Advise clients on Fairway's lending guidelines and procedures.
• Analyze clients' financial data to identify suitable loan products.
• Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, builders, and other professionals.
• Actively participate in professional organizations and community events.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record in mortgage loan origination
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
