Loan Officer- Private Real Estate Lending

Reports To: VP Of Direct Lending Partner

We are only looking for ROCKSTARS that are overachievers, and can prove it. We prefer that youre experienced in commercial lending, hard money, or private real estate lending, but we dont hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If youre average, youll make $50,000. If youre a top producer, youll make $250,000. Are you driven to greatness? Are you the type of person thats willing to do whatever it takes to close deals? Even if it's making a lot of phone calls, or always being in the field networking for business? If so, we want to hear from you.

DLP Direct Lending Partners is a true direct lender that lends from its own discretionary funds. This means we have full control over the process and decision making on deals. We have some of the industry's most flexible guidelines and have a very wide product mix. Were primarily focused on rehab and bridge lending for real estate investors. We finance residential, multifamily, and commercial properties.

All of this means that if youre a closer or deal maker, youll be able to close more deals with us! Opportunities are limited, and are only available to people who are proven top producers.

What you have already accomplished:

  • Residential, Commercial, hard money, or Investment real estate lending experience

  • Experience closing loans and managing a large pipeline

  • Relationships with OR experience working with realtors, mortgage brokers, banks, real estate investors

Responsibilities, Requirements, and Expectations:

  • Telesales Experience- Successful in closing internet and inquiry based leads

  • Strong sales and follow up skills

  • Networking and face to face sales at events and meetings

  • Ability to network for referral business

  • Master product, guideline, and pricing knowledge

  • Close 6+ loans a month

  • Good lead and deal pipeline management

  • Social media & email communication

  • Ability to present and conduct 1v1 meetings with Real estate Investors and agents

  • Evaluation and financial analysis of properties, projects, and deals

  • No mortgage licenses required

As a direct report to the Plant Director, the QEHS Associate Manager provides site leadership in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Environmental Compliance, Health and Safety of employees. Specifically this individual is accountable for the development and implementation of strategies, systems and programs to be executed by site leaders towards the goals of zero health and safety incidents, perfectly safe food as defined by FSMA, six sigma Quality performance, and 100% compliance to all FDA, EPA and OSHA regulations. Position Responsibilities: * Understanding of GMP, HACCP, HARP-C, Safe Quality Food Principles, Food Defense Principles, Quality Management Systems. * Prepare, review and submit compliance reports to local, state and federal environmental regulatory agencies. * Manage and update all environmental programs and permits for wastewater discharge, storm water, hazardous waste, SPCC, and other regulatory requirements as they pertain to the specific location. * Work with Plant Director to lead execution and improvement of all Quality Assurance and EHS Systems, Programs, Policies and Procedures. * Work with Plant Director to lead execution of a strong CAPA (Corrective Action / Preventative Action) program that drives site improvement in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety. * Work with Plant Director to develop the necessary training modules to ensure that training personnel and employees understand and can execute established procedures while meeting all FDA, EPA, OSHA, DOT and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) requirements. * Manage OSHA recordkeeping database and provide quantitative and qualitative monthly reports and other necessary governmental reports. * Regularly inspect and monitor the facility to ensure that the plant is fully operating in compliance with FSMA, FDA GMP, OSHA, EPA regulations and GFSI guidelines. * Lead the root cause analysis of accidents and incidents and collaborate with peers to develop strategies to reduce the frequency and severity of accidents. * Work with Plant Director to establish and manage departments operating budget, including but not limited to Headcount, Compensation, Material & Supplies, Repair & Maintenance, and Professional Fees. * Lead site incident management (with support from Corporate QEHS) with regards to food safety, environmental compliance and safety. Examples include FDA Recall, OSHA and EPA notifications. * Support of continuous improvement and statistical process control efforts * Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
