Recognizes and understands a wide variety of documents, forms and paperwork and accurately and efficiently scans items into imaging and workflow systems.
Understands proper naming conventions
Monitors images for consistency and ensures they are clearly viewable
Researches historical and current policy information using multiple systems and bank software programs
Correctly identifies document types
Provides excellent customer service to internal business units and co-workers
Fulfills on demand requests
Researches and responds to questions for historical and current policy information
Reviews system outputs and makes daily corrections to master records

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED
1+ year's lending, banking, customer service or loan operations experience required
Excellent customer service skills with a desire to assist customers
Successful candidates will demonstrate a basic level of computer skills
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
