Position Summary

Position is responsible for:(1) Paid Out Loan Processing a) Processing all paid-out loan documents to ensures the timely release of liens. Processes the satisfaction for real estate loans on a daily basis. Responsible for issuing refund checks for any payoff overages. This includes all In-House Mortgage, Consumer, Home Equity Lines of Credit and Commercial Loans. Responsible for the release of all associated liens filed with appropriate county Register of Deeds, Departments of Motor Vehicle, Life Insurance Companies and cancelling UCC filings and b) Processing the cancellation of Life of Loan Flood Determinations (2) Commercial Loan Document Imaging and Quality Control: a) Verifying the document name of each of the commercial collateral documents saved within the Commercial Lending Shared Folders matches the Nautilus naming convention.

b) Correcting document names, if needed, to match Nautilus document type name(s) and combining commercial collateral documents if applicable, c) Moving the Commercial Lending Shared folders to the Archive folder for indexing. d) Renaming the folders to add the loan numbers if applicable, e)Prepping the commercial loan closing documents, Letter of Credit Documents, Borrowing Resolutions, Documents of Existence and Trailing documents for scanning, f)Scanning collateral file documents, trailing documents, Borrowing Resolutions and Documents of Existence into folders for indexing, g) Reviewing collateral document images in Nautilus, Letter of Credit Documents, Borrowing Resolutions and Documents of Existence to ensure quality of image and proper placement of image within correct Nautilus Document Type Group and Document Type and h) Reporting image errors to Archive Management for correction. 3) Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customer. 4)Adhering to the bank's internal loan policy and procedures in regards to record retention as well as adherence to compliance regulations and state/federal banking laws and 5) Assisting with the development and maintenance of policies & procedures specific to the paid-out process, imaging and quality review of loan documentation in Nautilus.

ORGANIZATION ROLE: Provide support for the internal paid out process, Document Review and imaging process.

Qualifications

Required Education/Knowledge:

  • Minimum of high school diploma

Preferred Education/Knowledge:

  • Associates' Degree in Business/Finance

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of one (1) years' experience working with loan documentation

  • Nautilus and Fiserv core processing experience.

Required Skills:

  • Must exhibit an ability to learn new concepts.

  • Ability to read, analyzes and follow policies and procedures, and interprets procedural documents.

  • Ability to compile information for procedures manuals.

  • Time management skills are required.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Proficiency with PC including Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Well-developed communication skills
