Wholesale Loan Services has an opening for a Loan Documentation Specialist 4 in Denver, Colorado!
This position will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures for loan products. This person will perform in a high volume and time sensitive environment, which relates to the loan documentation process with a high degree of accuracy and control. This person will manage workflow while exercising limited judgment within standard policies and procedures.
Review and process property/hazard insurance policies
Research and review loan documents to identify collateral securing commercial loans
Processing, closing and compliance for loan products
Interpreting and inputting data
Contacting internal/external customers for information
Researching moderately complex loan documentation problems
Interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation
Ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups
May provide guidance and training to other loan documentation team members
May manage an assigned pipeline of loans and/or assign new loans to other loan team members.
May act as a liaison between lenders and legal department.

2+ years of commercial loan experience
Commercial insurance experience
