About the role

The Loan Docs Specialist (SME) is responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products.

Responsibilities

  • Processing loan products

  • Closing loan products

  • Ensuring compliance to processing of loan products

  • Interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation

  • Ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups

Market Skills and Certifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Finished at least second year college (no back subjects)

  • At least 3 years of financial experience in a contact center setting

  • Willing to work night shift and shifting schedules

  • Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Department Overview The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. About the Role The Loan Administration Supervisor 2 leads and oversees the daily activities of a loan production or loan servicing team which is typically a single business function. This role is responsible for loan processing, documentation, pre-closing/closing tasks, loan servicing activities or may include underwriting. Responsibilities * Accountable for ensuring quality customer service provided to internal/external customers. * Ensures compliance with Wells Fargo, investor, legal, regulatory or business policies. * Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing and supervising non-exempt production, servicing and/or administrative support staff. * Develops and implements operational procedures, methods and work systems. Bachelor's degree, any field. * With 3 years of experience supervising or managing a team of loan servicing specialists. * With at least 3 years of experience in loan processing, documentation, pre-closing/closing tasks, loan servicing activities or may include underwriting. * With intermediate knowledge in MS Office suite.
