Manage the day to day operations of a Loan Documentation team who prepare and/ or review attorney draft documents for standard to highly complex loan documents for U.S. Trust and Merrill Lynch Private Bank clients in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Accountable for ensuring loan documentation and lien perfection meets bank policies and procedures and work delivered accurately and timely. Interfaces with business partners to achieve their defined business objectives. Development and coaching of associates through active coaching, feedback, and execution of performance management plans. Participant and/or facilitator of intra/interdepartmental process/procedure improvement activities.

Required Skills:

Job Description: * The Baldwin Americas team is seeking an aggressive, technical, team-oriented sales and marketing Business Development Executive to lead our Plastic Film market sales in in the Western half of North America and Latin America. This role will be focused on continuing the successes that have been started in this 3-year old initiative, while expanding the customer base, marketing approach and applications for our technology. The constantly expanding product line currently includes industry leading products, such as, corona-based surface treatment, chill roll cleaning, continuous dryers, rotor spray and powder spray. Core market drivers for success in the industry that align to Baldwin product strengths are environmental impact reductions, cost savings, quality and productivity improvements. We're looking for a technical sales and marketing executive with a relentless focus on success. A successful individual that can see the big picture and can clearly communicate their vision within a matrixed international company. A door opener with the ability to quickly gain access to technical decision makers and build trust and relationships. Pay structure will be a combination of base salary plus an uncapped percentage-based commission with additional goal based quarterly incentives. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and execute a sales plan in the region and market of responsibility. Build and maintain a sales funnel of projects to deliver orders in line with agreed plan. Provide detailed information regarding specific customer requirements, specifications, and applications, such that accurate and timely sales proposals can be provided to customers Build and maintain critical customer relationships in the region and market of responsibility.
