Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative support in the loan Department. Exercises independent judgment under moderate supervision. Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.

Distribute paid note sheets to other branches for officer signatures.

Pull closed loan report.

Prepare releases for Holden, Warrensburg and Odessa and scan all returned releases into Accu.

Assist officers in reviewing loans in process for accuracy, technical exceptions and adherence to policies, laws and regulations.

Maintain follow-up system to ensure documents are returned in a timely manner.

Update records and verify that files are complete and accurate.

Send title applications from all branches to DMV

Call and request insurance information and verify insurance for coverage pertaining the applicable loan.

Mail releases and paid note to customer and file accordingly.

Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the status of loans in process, loan documents and other banking-related questions.

Provide accurate product information and actively seek cross-sell opportunities; make appropriate business referrals to other departments.

Consistently demonstrate proficiency in providing exemplary customer service in person and by telephone. Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Resolve difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

Advise Supervisor of problems with procedures, policies, improper calculations, deadlines, and other problems.

Maintain neat and orderly work areas and ensure that all confidential records are secured and/or disposed of properly.

Complete all required training.

May be assigned other duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications * Graduation from an approved and accredited therapist program. * Licensed by the State in the designated geographic area in his/her respective therapy profession. * Demonstrates the ability to perform the following tasks without posing a threat to the health or safety of him/herself or others without risk to self, co-workers, caregivers, or patient; lift, turn, move position, and transport the patient into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc. * Demonstrates the ability to perform a minimum of minimal assist transfer."
